Founded in Minnesota in 2025, Revive Rehabilitation Program was created by a team of professionals deeply committed to addressing drug and substance addiction through compassion, integrity, and community support.
Though based in the United States, our heart is set on making a meaningful impact in Liberia, where access to effective and affordable rehabilitation services remains limited. We believe everyone deserves a chance to heal—regardless of geography or circumstance.
